Using Insurance for Online Therapy

I accept Aetna, Cigna, UMR, Optum, United Healthcare, Oscar, BCBS, and Carelon for individual therapy sessions only. Insurance is not accepted for couples or family therapy, those services are private pay.

Through my partnership with Alma, many clients are able to use their insurance benefits to reduce out-of-pocket costs while receiving high-quality, personalized care. Coverage varies by specific plan, and eligibility is verified prior to your first session to ensure clarity around your benefits.

Private Pay & Superbills

For clients who prefer private pay or whose insurance isn't accepted, I can provide superbills upon request for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan offers that benefit.
